                            Paneer Ghee Roast - My Recipe           It's as easy as pie yet delicious starter. Paneer is packed with protein, calcium and vitamin E.      INGREDIENTS :-                                           1. Paneer.                                      2 . Ghee.                                      3. Yogurt.                                      4. Onion (Finely Chopped).                For Masala :-                                     1. Coriander Seeds.                                   2. Cumin Seeds.                                   3. Black Pepper.                                   4. Ginger.                                   5. Garlic Pods. Method of Preparation :- Masala Paste:- 1. Heat the pan. Dry roast red chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper on simmer flame t ill the colour changes to reddish brown.  2 . Seeing the title, if you think this blog is about mystery, you are mistaken....So, read the post till the end to know the actual story...😉                 Today was another normal day until I found a box with my childhood stuff.           Opened the box, I started looking over the contents and a book covered with green chart caught my attention.    Relishing the old and sweet memories, I took a glimpse of the book. It turned out to be tour album I prepared after my exciting jaunt to the Ramoji Film City(RFC), Hyderabad, exciting is too less to describe though.           I took a strolldown memory lane to 12th May, 2006, the day the trip started.      It was a two day trip which commenced on 12th morning and ended on 13th night.           We reached Hyderabad on 12th morning and checked into the hotel. Cultural fests...Sounds exciting.. doesn't it?? These fests have carved a niche in the college life. Annual fests - ACUMEN and EUPHORIA take place in the mid March at Vasavi College of Engineering. This year, it was held on 14th-16th March. 14th March 2019:         The day started with the Technical fest ACUMEN. All the students of 2nd & 3rd years prepared technical games and projects. Some of the events organised under ECE department are Paper and Poster presentation, Gyro Maze, Home Automation, etc. Inspire and Ignite is one of the successful events under ECE department. In this event, 6th - 8th standard students of the nearby Government school are invited to showcase their talents. I took part in Paper and Poster presentation and explained about IN-VIVO NETWORKING(not vivo mobile) through power point presentation.
