                            Paneer Ghee Roast - My Recipe


          It's as easy as pie yet delicious starter. Paneer is packed with protein, calcium and vitamin E. 

    INGREDIENTS :-    
                                     1. Paneer.
                                     2. Ghee.
                                     3. Yogurt.
                                     4. Onion (Finely Chopped).
    
          For Masala :-  
                                  1. Coriander Seeds.
                                  2. Cumin Seeds.
                                  3. Black Pepper.
                                  4. Ginger.
                                  5. Garlic Pods.

Method of Preparation :-

Masala Paste:-

1. Heat the pan. Dry roast red chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper on simmer flame till the colour changes to reddish brown. 
2. Blend all the roasted ingredients along with ginger and garlic adding some water.

Paneer Ghee Roast:-

1. Heat the pan and add 2 table spoons of ghee.
2. Saute the paneer pieces in ghee and keep them aside.
3. Add finely chopped onions to the remaining ghee and saute it well.
4. Add the masala paste and cook it for 2 minutes. Then add salt and Turmeric powder.
5. Now, add  the roasted paneer pieces and allow it to cook till paneer absorbs masala.
6. Finally, add yogurt and cook it for 1 minute.
7. Shift it to a serving bowl.
