THOSE 5 SINGERS WHO FASCINATE ME
Music plays a vital role in everyone's life than just being a source of entertainment. Listening to music is the superb option to unwind for me.
1. A.R.Rahman :- Allah Rakha Rahman is Indian music director, composer, musician and singer. He is an international celebrity whose 200 million recording units are sold worldwide. He always mesmerize the audience with his masterstrokes. He is popularly nicknamed "The Mozart of Madras(Mozart is a prolific Austrian composer and child prodigy in the 1700s) and Isai Puyal(music storm) in Tamil. Besides musician, he is also a remarkable humanitarian and philanthropist. A street in Markham, Canada has been named in his honour in 2013. He is such an incredible musician. One of his notable works 'Vande Mataram' still gives me goose bumps even after 22 years of its release.
I admire his incredible talent and down-to-earth personality.
2. Shreya Ghoshal :- This iconic pretty lady started learning music when she was a todller. The stunning singer won Sa Re Ga Ma at the age of 16 and was immediately roped in to voice tracks for the movie Devdas. Shreya is an international Diva in the music industry. She is the only Indian play back singer who sings in 14 different languages. The serenity in her voice left us speechless. Thus, her songs are undoubtedly a treat to ears. Shreya is an evergreen performer and her concerts are a sheer delight to watch. June 26th was declared as 'Shreya Ghoshal day' by the Governor of The United States of Ohio.
3. Taylor Swift :- Swift is an American singer-song writer and one of the leading contemporary recording artists. She is known for her narrative songs about her personal life which have received worldwide recognition.
4. Arijit Singh :- Arijit is one of the most versatile and successful Indian playback singers. Getting recognised as a singer was his childhood dream as his maternal family is always into music. The magical, romantic song 'Tum Hi Ho' from Aashiqui 2 was a breakthrough for the singer in the Bollywood industry. Apart from singer, he is also a badminton player, writer and a documentary maker.
5. Neeti Mohan :- Being eldest of all the four Mohan sisters, Neeti was indulged in all types of extra-circular activities from her schooling. Apart from training in singing, she is trained in Bharat Natyam and Kathak along with her sisters Shakti and Mukti. She rose to eminence after recording 'Ishq Wala Love' from Student of the Year and received recognition for 'Jiya Re' from Jab Tak Hain Jaan round the globe.
